I began to read books on nutrition, detoxification, and herbal medicine. Within six months of implementing what I was learning, I had a turnaround in health for the better. Today, I am in my sixties, in good health and I am not on any prescription medications. The same help is available for you too. What does a first appointment at LongLife Wellness look like? Before the first appointment takes place, one or more of the following questionnaires will be emailed to you: Optimal Wellness Survey or the Long Life / Longevity Wellness Survey Questionnaire. Once the client completes and emails back the questionnaire(s), the first appointment is scheduled. The first phase of the wellness plan program is based on the review of the questionnaire and the tele meeting with the client. This first phase may or may not consist of recommended wellness lab screenings. The initial visit is about 60 minutes long and costs 149.00 USD. Each subsequent (about 60 minutes) meeting is 125.00 USD. Payments are made by debit/credit card. Note: My services are not medical services and therefore not covered by health insurance. I do not diagnose or treat conditions but support overall longevity wellness through Complementary and Alternative Health Support. |
